HR Manager - County Monaghan - Permanent
MCS Group is delighted to partner with an award-winning organisation as they look to add an HR Manager to their team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to join the organisation as this HR Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of the organisation.
The role:
The successful HR Manager will partner with stakeholders at all levels across various sites to proactively provide the full range of HR services that enable the teams to achieve their business objectives and ensure effective people management practices are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise on employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Enhance engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead health & safety compliance, and HR technology projects.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to stakeholders and HR team members.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years in a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of ROI employment law, HR systems, and data analytics.
- CIPD or equivalent qualification (or working towards).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
