HR Generalist - Dublin - Private sector organisation
MCS Group is delighted to partner with a growing private sector organisation based in Dublin who are looking to add an HR Generalist to their team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they continue to grow and be a leader in their industry.
The successful candidate must have 3+ years of experience working within an HR function in Ireland.
The role:
In this role, you will provide expert guidance on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary processes. You will also proactively manage employee relations, support staff development, and lead succession planning to foster and retain high-potential talent.
The main responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings and CV screening to interviews and job offers.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill positions promptly.
- Enhance the employer brand to attract top talent.
- Act as the go-to resource for employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
- Assist in creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise managers on performance-related matters, offering coaching and guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee satisfaction.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Experience with disciplinary and grievance procedures is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of ROI employment legislation.
