Job Description

HR Business Partner - Manufacturing - Dungannon - Permanent

MCS Group are thrilled to be working with an established manufacturing organisation, based in the Dungannon area, in the recruitment of an HR Business Partner, to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This newly created role will give an experienced HR professional the opportunity to mould the HR function to fit with the organisations culture.

The Role

The HR Business Partner will play an important role in supporting the HR function across the organisation. This role will involve a wide range of HR activities, so the successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments, maintaining strong communication throughout all processes. The HR Business Partner will get the opportunity to work in both the Dungannon and Belfast site, and will provide support regarding all HR needs.

Key responsibilities include -

  • Provide employees, team leads and directors with advice on all HR processes and procedures.
  • Maintain, update and review HR policies within NI, GB, and ROI.
  • Produce and present HR reports for the directors on a Monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update employee records accordingly.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end.
  • Manage full performance cycle from onboarding and inductions, right though to exit interviews.
  • Provide support to senior level staff regarding performance management.
  • Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues as and when they arise.
  • Manage the full Learning & Development remit within budget.
  • Work with management ensuring all training requirements are met.
  • Help monitor the organisations positive culture and promote effective employee engagement.

The Successful candidate

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in working in a similar position.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Degree in HR or a relative field.
  • Ability to work in a standalone capacity and make effective decisions.
  • An interest in personal development and learning.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
