HR Business Partner
£32880 - £33000 per annum + Excellent AL allowance
MCS are delighted to be partnering with a well known Public Sector organisation based in North Down in their search for a HR Business Partner initially for 1 year. This role is offering an excellent opportunity to gain specialist Public Sector experience.
As the HR Business Partner, you will have a key role in the day to day management and delivery of a wide range of human resource services as well as supporting HR and OD projects. You will support managers and staff across the organisation, acting as a key advocate for culture change and overseeing the successful delivery of the organisations Vision, Mission and Values.
To successful in this role you will need at least two years' generalist HR experience and a qualification in Human Resources Management with associate membership of CIPD OR four years' generalist HR experience.
You will ideally have previous experience working in the Public Sector in NI with a thorough knowledge of current legislation, and strong HR systems experience.
