HR Business Partner - Private Sector- County Down
MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering with an exciting organisation, who are wishing to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a fulltime, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Officer/Advisor wishing to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will be supporting the HR function in providing a comprehensive, professional and customer-focused HR service to employees and managers on operational requirements and business plan objectives.
You will be a point of contact on all HR policy as well as this you will support and advise managers on a range of employee relations issues, of employment law, and effective employment practice to ensure the Company meets its employment obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a dedicated HR advice to all Employees across the group
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including supporting managers with designing adverts, creating competency based interview questions, inductions and equality reporting
- Lead and deliver on HR initiatives and projects
- Review, update and communicate policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with current legislation
- Monitoring and analysing data to with strategy development
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and employee relations issues.
- Design and deliver in-house training on policies and procedures to managers and staff as and when required.
- Support and coach managers on all employee relations matters
- Promote a diverse & inclusive culture by supporting company initiatives
The Successful Candidate
- 3 years generalist HR experience operating in an advisory capacity
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- A proven track record of coaching and influencing line managers at all levels within an organisation.
- A clean valid driver's license
- Experience working in manufacturing would be desirable
