Job Description

The Role will consist of:

  • Develop and implement HR strategy to support organizational objectives
  • Provide timely HR advice and guidance to management on employment law issues
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies in line with legislation
  • Ensure effective succession and workforce planning
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and induction processes
  • Manage payroll and pension-related matters with external providers
  • Establish and monitor performance management frameworks
  • Develop learning and organizational development plans within budgetary constraints
  • Foster positive employee relations and engagement
  • Monitor HR function and report on issues and opportunities
  • Stay updated on employment law changes and their implications

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

Essential:

  • Hold current Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR support and advice
  • Knowledge of NI employment legislation
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Sound judgment and impartiality

Desirable:

  • Hold current Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered CIPD)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, business, or relevant discipline
