In this role, you will determine their their IT strategy, leading their team to provide and develop their technology platforms and systems, that will enable them to maintain their market-leading position at the forefront of their field.

The role

• Define the organisations IT road map
• Manage and grow an expert team of IT professionals
• Maximise the skills under your remit to meet the business's needs
• Ensure their resiliency to Cyber Attacks or business interruptions
• Support and drive a range of projects to completion to achieve their goals
• Jump into technical challenges and lead by example

Needed to succeed

• The abiltiy to lead and grow a team
• A proven ability to dictate the IT strategy of a growing and ambitious company
• Experience of supporting ERP systems - MS Dynamics
• Have to ability to protect the organisation from emerging Cyber Security threats
• Experience of managing budgets at a senior stakeholder level
• A can-do attitude and the ability to get things done to a high calibre
