Graphic Designer

MCS Group is partnering up with a homegrown success story within the marketing and communications space to hire a Graphic Designer to their ever growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Creative team to develop visually engaging designs for both digital and traditional media, ensuring that each piece aligns with brand standards and project goals.
• Review and interpret client briefs to create compelling design concepts that meet client expectations, and confidently present ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the creative process, building strong, positive relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of all creative outputs, managing projects efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Conduct ongoing research on current trends in advertising, design, and digital media, applying insights to bring fresh perspectives to future projects.
• Contribute ideas and insights to enhance the creative process and help shape the agency's creative direction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar creative role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with Mac-based software and systems.
• Proven experience in both digital and traditional design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual skills and versatility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design concepts to clients and team members.
• A flexible and adaptable mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for achieving creative excellence and continuous learning.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
