MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading manufacturing company based in Portadown to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their small in-house Design Team, working within a large international Marketing team.

You will be responsible for producing visually appealing and effective designs that communicate brand message and resonate with target audience. You will have a passion for video production and digital tools and will be responsible for creating innovative designs for a wide range of multimedia platforms, digital and print; including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, exhibitions, and other marketing materials.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and creative solutions for various projects, including but not limited to print materials, digital assets, packaging, and signage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective and engaging multimedia content
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
• Manage multiple projects With competing priorities and deadlines
• Create engaging multimedia projects including video/ animations to support marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies to continuously improve and evolve multimedia offerings

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-level qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and particularly Video
• 2 years of employment experience in graphic design, this could be in a business/ marketing or agency
• A strong portfolio demonstrating skills and creativity in video production, and graphic design
