Graduate IT Consultant

MCS Group is seeking a Graduate IT Solutions Consultant to join an innovative family-run business in Cookstown as they continue to expand their teams to service an ever-growing list of clients. In this role you will help implement bespoke software systems, helping onboard global clients. As a Solutions Consultant, you will:

• Take new customers through the on boarding process, ensuring their needs are met and communicated back to your development teams
• Ensure the software is implemented correctly, and coordinate this process from post-sales, to implementation
• Ensure your clients are kept up to date with their evolving needs post-implementation

Needed to succeed

• A degree in Computer Science or another relevant field
• A strong understanding of the software development life-cycle
• Customer Service experience desirable
• Project management skills would be a huge advantage
