Graduate Project Engineer

MCS Group is proud to be working with a highly reputable engineering company, to recruit a Graduate Project Engineer to join their growing team based in Derry/ Londonderry.

As a project engineer you will be required to plan, resource and manage all project delivery with the support of the wider team.

You will;

• Work with the wider business including the commercial team, design team, engineers and supply chain.
• Help to assist the sourcing suppliers for materials and engineering specifications provided.
• Assit with purchases for subcontractors ensuring compliance
• Visit premises to co-ordinate and review production
• Organise and assist the site preparation activities to include site surveys, H&S, haulage requirements, lifting equipment, documentation, labour resourcing, testing, commissioning and client handover

Essential Requirements

• 1 Years placement experience in a similar environment/ position
• A full current driving licence and access to a car
• Hold or expect to gain a honours degree or equivalent in an engineering disciple (Mechanical, Electrical, Bio-medical, Chemical)
• Ability to work in the Mid-Ulster area
