MCS Group - Global Engagement Senior Manager - Belfast

MCS Group are looking for a Global Mobility Senior Manager to join a rapidly expanding firm in Belfast City Centre.

The Company

Our client is a well established, global firm that is currently experiencing rapid growth and has exciting expansion plans. A household name that offers services across all areas of accountancy for a wide variety of clients across the globe. Due to the creation of a brand new Global Mobility team and exciting growth plans, now is an excellent time to join their team as a Senior Manager to lead and develop the department.

The Role

The successful senior manager will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managing a large team of tax mobility specialists
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Building out wider offer plans and expanding service lines
• Generating new clients
• Other responsibilities as outlined in the full job description

The Person

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years experience in Global/Tax mobility
• Experience in a global mobility role at manager/senior manager level
• Tax/Accounting qualification is desired but not essential
• Previous experience in practice
• Previous experience managing a large team
• Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong knowledge of Global/Tax Mobility
