Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading manufacturing business in the Ballymena area as they look to recruit an FP&A Manager to join their team.

Company:
My client is an established manufacturing business in the Ballymena area who are continuously looking to grow and expand. During this very exciting time in their expansion, they are looking to add additional staff to their finance team due to growth.
Role:
Reporting into the CFO, duties of this role include:
- Preparing yearly budgeting, monthly forecasts and coordinating with senior management
- Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models
- Preparing reports and analysing all chief metrics
- Gauging company's overall financial health, primarily by using key financial ratios
- Oversee budget development process
- Liaising with senior stakeholders
Person:
My client is ideally looking for someone who has:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years PQE
- Experience in FP&A and financial modelling
- Experience in a manufacturing background desirable
- Ability to manage key stakeholders
