The Role:

As the successful Financial Controller you will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Responsibility for all financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and investigating variances
• Developing and maintaining a strong financial control environment including risk management systems
• Cash management and banking arrangements
• Leading and developing the finance team
• Working collaboratively with other functions to deliver an integrated approach to business objectives
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

The successful Financial Controller will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Experience in managing a finance team
• Strong communication skills
