MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an independent financial advisory company who are seeking to recruit a Financial Advisor.

The Role

• Developing and maintaining good Client relationships through Client meetings, and continuous feedback
• Acquiring and developing new business to build a client book
• Regular engagement with new and existing clients.
• Conducting in-depth reviews of Clients' financial circumstances, current provisions and future aims and objectives whilst analysing information, conducting research and preparing reports best suited to the individual Clients' requirements covering all areas of advice.

The Person

• Diploma Level 4 qualified
• 2+ years experience
• Honest, Transparent, and have a client-centric approach
• Be a driven and self-motivated individual
• Ability to generate new business opportunities

The Return

• Salary up to £35,000
• Attractive bonus structure -uncapped
