Finance Director - Belfast

MCS Group are looking for a Finance Director to join a well-known not-for-profit based in the Belfast.

The Company:

Our client is a well-established not-for-profit based in Belfast who provide a range of services. They have continued to grow and expand throughout Northern Ireland, now is a great time to make your mark as they look to build a senior leadership team to support their strategic plans.

The Role:

As the successful Finance Director, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for the CEO and Board of Directors
• Ensuring adequate processes & controls are in place
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legislative compliance
• Business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Managing and guiding the finance team
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

The successful Finance Director will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
