Finance & Corporate Services Manager- Belfast

MCS Group are looking for a Finance & Corporate Services Manager to join a well-known Not-for-Profit based in Belfast.

The Company:

Our client is a well-known Not-for-Profit based in the Belfast area, with multiple locations across Northern Ireland. Now is a great time to join the charity as they look to recruit a Finance & Corporate Services Manager to their finance team, forming part of the Senior Leadership Team.

The Role:

As the successful Finance & Corporate Services Manager, you will form part of the Senior Management Team and report directly to the Chief Executive. You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage and motivate the Finance team
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts
• Lead the year-end audit process
• Lead the annual budget process
• Advise on HR policies
• Oversee the recruitment & selection of staff
• Other Duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

The successful Finance & Corporate Services Manager will meet the following criteria:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified or Qualified by Experience
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Strong communication skills
