MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's fastest-growing software companies in their search for an experienced ERP Software Implementation Consultant. This role is perfect for a software consultant who wants to gain experience implementing a complex and tech-heavy software for clients - which is built entirely in house. This is a technical, yet client facing role so strong communication and customer service skills are paramount. The Software Consultant will primarily work from home (must be based in Ireland) with around 30% of their time spent on customer site.

Are you assisting customers with implementing a new software or supporting their existing ERP software? Do you want to go into a consultancy role which has huge career growth opportunities?

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing complex ERP software systems into customer sites.
• Collaborate closely with new customers, understanding their requirements, business processes, and working with developers to implement modifications to the software.
• You'll deal with customers across the country, primarily through MS Teams, occasionally requiring on-site visits and travel.
• Work closely with different teams specialising in finance modules, migrations, integration, etc.

What you need:

• Solid commercial experience in the implementation of ERP software products, preferably with a customisable and technical software - for example; Navision, SAGE and/or SAP.
• Strong communication skills required, as consultants will be delivering training to owners and managers.
• Customer-centric role, dealing with various customers and their unique needs.

Salary range: up to €65,000 depending on experience.
