Health and Safety Advisor (Facilities)

MCS Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a global company, looking after facilities, maintenance, cleaning and security contracts across a number of sites in Belfast.

My client is seeking a Permanent Health & Safety Advisor for a prestigious manufacturing FM contract in NI.

You will;

• Support the management and delivery of workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Work with multiple stakeholders and the Site Management Team to drive a positive safety culture.
• Support the management of the site-based H&S Management systems (ISO 45001) and represent the organisation and customer as required for H&S audits.
• Support the delivery of health & safety training including for example manual handling, first aid, fire warden and H&S leadership training for contract staff.
• Support the delivery of a robust audit and inspection programme for all activities within the scope of works of the contract, covering the in-house team and contractor base.
