MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting an Engineering Change Control Lead for our global manufacturing client based in Craigavon.

This is an exciting opportunity for a manufacturing professional who has previously led a team to achieve results and strive for continuous improvements to grow a career within a highly successful well-established organisation.

Reporting to the Quality Manager your key responsibility will involve the supervision of resources for the provision of effective coordination and support to deliver timely implementation of engineering change orders / engineering change notifications to meet production plans.

This role is critical to establishing and enhancing engineering change work flow routines, implementing controls and time-lines within a complex product environment.

The successful candidate:

• You will hold a HND or Degree within a Technical or Engineering field along with 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You will have experience leading a technical team of people to achieve results.
• You will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a strong aptitude for computer systems/engineering systems along with excellent analytical, coordinating data and attention to detail skills.
