Ecommerce Growth Manager

MCS Group is currently working alongside the ecommerce function of a global distribution business to recruit an Ecommerce Growth Manager.

As a brand-new role to the business due to company growth, and reporting into the Head of Ecommerce and Digital the successful candidate will be responsible for driving ecommerce revenue growth and optimisation across 3 core ecommerce brands using strategies which will improve all aspects of ecommerce CRO and experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategy with the Head of Ecommerce and Digital for the execution, and success of CRO, execute expertly, using insight led user experiences
• Drive profitable growth across all websites and develop the best approach to present our products/proposition through optimal UX, to optimise the ecommerce across all brands
• Conduct A/B tests, optimise sales funnels & landing pages
• Maximise sales growth from CPC/PPC
• Manage, maintain, grow and where necessary launch, ecommerce marketplaces
• Create and drive a sales growth strategy with existing customers to improve order frequency, customer lifetime values and average order value
• Use a data-driven approach with an elevated level of analytical reporting, providing strategic insights
• Discover and manage business intelligence tools and provide reporting
• Coordinate closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and wider team
• Internal CRO training and support
• To perform the job in accordance with company policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy

Essential Criteria:

• CRO experience in both strategy and implementation
• Experience of revenue and profit growth through CRO
• Optimising website UX and landing pages
• Data driven decision making
• Selling in ecommerce marketplaces
• Analytics and business intelligence tools
