The Role

The firm's dispute resolution team assists a wide range of clients in managing risk in all areas of their business and private matters. This includes, but is not limited to, general litigation matters, commercial disputes, construction and procurement disputes, debt recovery, property litigation, contentious probate matters, data protection issues and insolvency.

The Candidate

Essential Criteria

• Qualified solicitor - a range of PQE will be considered, and experience in a comemrcial disputes team is required.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Excellent negotiating skills
