Software Developer - New Entrant to NI

MCS Group is working exclusively with a brand-new product-focused tech consultancy to help land and establish a presence in Belfast. With having been in business for just over 4 years, this young-tech start up is punching well above it's weight and count some huge brands among their customer base. They're looking to potentially hire a number of software engineers (from mid-level to senior level) with experience across multiple technologies as they scale in a new location outside of their London HQ.

We're seeking to connect with Software Engineers of various levels who would be interested in forming a brand new team in Belfast and joining a high-growth organisation that truly values work-life balance and promotes a really healthy company culture.

At this early stage, our client is keen to organise "light-touch" virtual introductions with software developers in the local market, with a view to organising more formal interviews in the coming weeks.

The People we're looking to connect with

You'll have commercial experience in developing software across some (ideally multiple) of the following: JavaScript, Typescript, Node.s C#, Python, Java, Golang or Mobile (these guys believe in selecting the best tool or language for the specific project).

Exposure to working within cloud environments and an aware of DevOps principles

Strong communication skills (bonus points if you've worked within consultancy previously)

Salary

Up to £70,000 depending on experience
