Job Description
MCS group is delighted to be working alongside a luxury, bespoke design company based in Lisburn to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive (Product / Ecommerce) to join the dynamic team and contribute to the digital strategy.

The successful candidate will be creative with brilliant content creation skills and digital expertise. They will contribute to and implement the digital strategy for the group retailers throughout UK and Europe by the development of product brands, growing brand awareness and consumer engagement in line with the Marketing Plan.
Role responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of digital campaign planning to support each Ecommerce Retailer
- Work within the NPD process to develop products/marketing materials.
- Develop and implement creative content and innovative campaigns to drive consumer engagement and increase conversion on site.
- Review, Monitor and implement Customer UX improvements across all Ecommerce Sites
- Understand SEO to ensure optimisation of all platforms, to increase organic search.
- End-to-end analysis, delivery and performance reporting of all digital elements
- Monitor campaign performance to continuously enhance brand campaigns
- Ensure brand identities and brand guidelines are adhered to
- Content creation for all digital platforms/ amendments of existing sites, pages etc
- Continually devise new, creative concepts and ideas to present marketing material
- Strong project management and campaign evaluation skills
- Proven knowledge of digital marketing principles and practice to effectively drive awareness and traffic for ecommerce retailers
- Carry out research within associated trade sectors and report on findings and on digital marketing trends and feedback to the marketing department accordingly.
Essential Criteria
- Third Level Qualification in Marketing or related subject with a minimum of 2 years' experience within a digital marketing capacity
- Creative and strong in content creation but also comfortable working with excel and CMS.
- Strong knowledge and experience of SEO, PPC campaigns, website management, website analytical
- Data and insight led experience demonstrable experience of setting clear and relevant objectives across campaign elements and customer journey
- Experienced marketing communications l with a track record and recent experience of delivery of target-driven marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ideal for B2C
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
