Desktop Support Engineer - 1 year FTC

MCS Group is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join a global law firm on a 1 year fixed-term contract. This Desktop Support Engineer will be focused on ensuring internal systems users have a great user experience, and have their tickets and issues resolved in a timely, and efficient manner. This Desktop Support Engineer will have solid Second Line Support Experience, and have worked closely with a 3rd line team.
You will be providing support for Windows 10/11
You will provide technical support to internal customers, assisting them by phone, email, and face-to-face.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys innovating new processes, and finding new opportunities to automate and streamline current ways of working.
You will work closely with the 1st line team, and escalate to the 3rd line team as/when necessary.
This role is ideal for an experienced Second Line Support Engineer.
You will have prior experience of supporting Windows 10/11 and working with SCCM.
You will have experience of packaging and deploying applications.
You will thrive on providing great customer service, with proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
This is a HYBRID position, with 3 days per week on site in the Belfast City Centre office.
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 depending upon experience.
Duration: 1 Year Fixed Term.
