Deputy Head of Recruitment
£56000 - £60000 per annum + Excellent AL allowance, Hybrid working
MCS are delighted to be partnering with a Public Sector organisation based in County Armagh in their search for a Deputy Head of Recruitment initially on a temporary basis. This role is offering an excellent opportunity to gain specialist senior level experience.
As the Deputy Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for resource planning, training, communications, service and performance management of recruitment in a busy and fast paced organisation. The postholder will oversee the implementation and operation of Recruitment processes within multiple sites across the organisation, engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure consistency and best practice
To be successful for this post you will need a relevant professional qualification and a minimum of three years' experience in a busy HR environment managing the recruitment function with a proven track record of delivery. If you do not have the relevant professional qualification, a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience is required. You will need to be proficient in the use of HR IT systems, able to produce and utilise strategic management information, and have evidence of excellent stakeholder engagement.
