About the role;
- Provide insights on client usage, feedback, and behaviour to drive product improvement
- Work closely with software engineers to escalate user issues and identify areas for product improvement.
- Managing a team of CSEs and support staff.
- Assist clients in maximising the benefits of the software solution.
