Job Description
MCS Group is currently working with an amazing Digital Product Agency based in Belfast, to recruit for a Customer Success Associate to support their expanding team due to the increase of clients utilising their amazing services!

The Role
You will be expected to support the clients in the delivery and training within our client's product.
Providing customer support via phone and email to solve system issues efficiently and effectively.
Create documentation on newly created features and deliver new information during webinars to end users.
Essential criteria
1 year of experience in a customer support facing role
3rd level Qualification in IT
Experience working with Video Editing tools.
Remuneration:
Salary - Up to £25,000 (Overtime available)
Monday to Friday - 9 to 5
Hybrid working available
