Job Description
MCS Group is currently working with a specialised software provider that develop products which automate processes for their clients. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist their clients with issues within their systems.
What to expect:
- Customer Support: Offering direct assistance to customers through chat, email, and phone.
- Template Creation: Managing and creating templates.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance to the team as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Assisting the Success team in meeting KPIs and targets by handling queries when necessary.
- Compliance: Following all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to Data Protection, Equal Opportunities, and Health & Safety, in all aspects of your role.
Essential Criteria:
- Prior experience in SaaS or cloud-based solutions is highly advantageous.
- Background in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Helpdesk roles.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who takes pleasure in supporting both customers and colleagues.
What you will get in return:
- Monday - Friday working hours 8:30 - 5 (on site.)
