MCS Group is partnering with a successful accountancy practice in Belfast to recruit a driven and ambitious Corporate Tax Senior. The Role

You will have a wide range of duties, such as;

• Manage corporate tax compliance for a range of SME and corporate clients
• Prepare and review corporation tax returns and computations
• Advise on tax planning opportunities (R&D, capital allowances, group structuring)
• Support advisory projects - restructuring, M&A, due diligence
• Liaise with HMRC and handle tax queries or investigations
• Collaborate with audit and accounts teams for integrated delivery
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical training
• Stay current on tax legislation and compliance updates

The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

• CTA qualified or ACA/ACCA with strong corporate tax experience
• Practice background with 3-5 years+ experience
• Would consider qualified by experience ATT
• Strong technical and communication skills
