The Role

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Exposure across Corporate Finance, Business Recovery and Insolvency
• M&A, Shareholder Dispute, Refinancing, Due Diligence, Valuations, Bankruptcies, Court Receiverships
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Working on a range of advisory projects

The Person

The successful Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Newly or recently qualified (ACA/ACCA)
• Open to candidates from a general accounting, corporate finance or audit background
• You will have the desire to progress in the corporate finance field
• Ability to deal with a range of clients across multiple sectors
• Be a quick learner
• Have a strong business acumen
