We are working alongside a renowned local practice that is seeking to recruit a Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance for a corporate lawyer to bring expertise to a position that has real scope to mold however you choose.

My client is considering candidates from 3 years PQE to partner level. The role will offer opportunities to candidates at any level; for juniors, there is the chance to learn from the outgoing partner and to build your own team while developing your specialism, and for partners, there is a chance to build out your own team and run a corporate practice with your own vision for that team.

The Work

You will be carrying out a broad scope of corporate and commercial work. The firm's main client base is SMEs, and you will deal with shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, and the broader scope of work that is involved with the buying and selling of SMEs and business assets.

You will also be involved in all types of general commercial contracts and general business advice, so your workload will be varied and interesting.

The Candidate

My client is open to having conversations with any corporate practitioner from 3 years PQE + that will have a solid grounding in all aspects of corporate transactions and commercial practice.
