Job Description

Reward Manager - Global Professional Services Client

MCS Group are delighted to be sourcing a Reward Manager, for our global professional services client, on a 12 month contract on a full-time basis. This is a newly created role. They are offering expert advice and support on all aspects of reward, developing new policies and reviewing existing ones to ensure the company's offering remains attractive and competitive.

The Reward Manager will be a subject matter expert within the broader HR team, on all reward activities, a key point of contact for HR Heads and Manager (both UK and globally), who require specialist advice on award matter. The successful candidate will manage the annual salary and bonus review processes for specific client groups, including benchmarking, salary band reviews, bonus pro-ration calculations and implementation of new salaries and bonuses through the system.

The Role:

  • Manage the annual salary and bonus review process
  • Conduct detailed market reviews, develop salary band recommendations, analyse joiners and leaver data
  • Guide and advise Senior stakeholders on the review process, providing timetables, training and advice
  • Prepare bonus calculations
  • Manage the annual salary survey data submission process
  • Work on ad hoc reward projects eg market analysis, salary structures, bonus scheme designs etc
  • Respond to queries regarding salary, bonus costings, budgets etc
  • Develop and maintain reward expertise - stay abreast of market developments, follow the development of new legislations, understand local markets and who the key competitors are for talent etc

The Criteria:

  • 3rd level qualification
  • CIPD qualified
  • Previous reward/compensation & benefits experience
  • Experience working within a professional services organisation
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels of seniority, building and developing strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication
