Commercial Accountant - Belfast

MCS Group are looking for a Commercial Accountant to join a leading food retail and wholesale company based in Belfast.

The Company:

Our client is one of the most successful family-owned businesses in Europe with a 145-year heritage. They have experienced continued growth and expansion and now is a great opportunity to come on board as they look to recruit a Commercial Accountant to join their Finance Team.

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Accountant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Analysing financial reports and identifying opportunities for profit improvement
• Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide relevant insights and analysis
• Preparing financial projections
• Building cross-functional relationships with the sales team
• Other Duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Commercial Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
