Commercial Account Handler

MCS is delighted to be recruiting for a highly renowned Global Insurance Broker, who are expanding their Commercial team in Belfast by adding a Commercial Account Handler skilled in renewals and people / team management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at a time of exciting growth. Existing understanding of various insurance products is essential.

This is a brand new, full-time permanent opportunity based in the firm's modern City-Centre office location in Belfast. The business has a working week of Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with one day WFH (flexible) each week.

Your Package

What your day would look like

• Management of varied commercial risks within the market
• Maintaining a high-quality of customer service levels with professional, customer focused management of client accounts by MTAs and customer queries
• Provision of expert and prompt advice to clients regarding insurance needs
• Ensuring individual client's cases are completed effectively and accurately
• Strict compliance with company policies and procedures

Your skills

• 2+ years' experience within a Commercial or Corporate Insurance role
• Skilled in dealing with technical insurance issues and dealing with a varied client base of various sizes and complexity
• Strong interpersonal skills
• CII qualification is desirable, but not essential
