Business Systems Analyst

MCS Group is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a market leading organisation in NI. In this role you will continually drive digital transformation projects across multiple areas of the business, ensuring the businesses ever evolving needs are meet with innovative solutions. In this role you will scope, plan, and ultimately deliver optimised processes, and critical projects, that will be essential to their continued success.

• Lead on the delivery of , business critical IT Systems across multiple departments

The role

• Understand the challenges across the business, and deliver solutions to meet them
• Identify areas of improvement where you see fit, across procedures, workflows and IT systems
• Drive forward the implementation of new solutions using best practices
• Develop key relationships throughout the organisation to maximise your impact, and utilise a wide variety of experience and skills to collectively deliver key projects
• Understand the challenges that lie ahead throughout an end to end delivery cycle, and minimise these risks, using all of your experience
• Provided detailed documentation of your findings, business plans and project plans
• Train and ultimately ensure that your end users and stakeholders are kept up to date, and are able to maximise the impact of your work

Needed to succeed

• 5 years + in a similar role
• Be able to evidence your experience of leading new initiatives
• A proven track record of delivering business systems, ERP/CRM , finance systems or other, as an example
