Business Development Representative

MCS Group is delighted to be working with an innovative scale-up company in the CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) sector to recruit a highly motivated Business Development Representative for their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the front line of a sales team collaborating with industry-leading partners and leveraging cutting-edge conversational AI solutions.

You will thrive in this role if you

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B technology/SaaS business development sales or account management role.
• Ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and book high-quality meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in using Hubspot or similar CRM.
• Highly motivated with a passion for sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct outreach and lead generation through prospecting and engaging senior decision makers.
• Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, events and webinars.
• Identify pain points and business challenges to align Syndeo's solutions effectively.
• Develop a sales pipeline through research and understanding target industries, competitors and trends.
• Continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends, Conversational AI and CCaaS solutions.
