This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst who is proficient with Microsoft Dynamics, to join an exciting company and be the face of the business working closely with all their clients.

About You:

• You will be a skilled user of Microsoft Dynamics with at least 2 year's hands on implementation experience
• You will be personable and confident in stakeholder interactions both internal and external
• You will have a "can do" attitude which will help you approach challenges with enthusiasm and find solutions effectively.
• You will be able to manage your own workload efficiently to ensure successful delivery of projects
• While not essential, having some understanding of code such as java or C# is advantageous

The Role:

• You will serve as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams for all projects, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
• You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle, from initial discussions with clients to the final delivery of solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
• As the representative of the company to key clients and accounts, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and fostering strong relationships, contributing to the ongoing success of the company.
