BIM Project Lead

As a BIM Project Lead you will be supporting an expanding BIM team based in Banbridge. You will play a fundamental role in managing the MEP design coordination on multiple large scale projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, including decarbonisation, renewable energy, data centre, healthcare, commercial, high rise residential, educational, and airport projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in BIM Co-ordination delivering large commercial MEP projects

• Expertise in working with Autodesk Revit software with ability to create, edit, and review complex BIM models.
• Competent understanding of mechanical systems in medium to large commercial projects

• Experience managing a team
• Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary in the role will be totally dependent upon experience.

A relevant third level education in building services, architectural engineering or construction is desirable but not essential.
