MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-known client who are currently recruiting for a BI Developer! This is a excellent opportunity to join a fantastic team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Use BI tools (Qliksense, QlikView, SAP BusinessObjects) to create and maintain reports and dashboards for various departments.
• Manage workload through a ticketing system, handling day-to-day requests.
• Administer document access and make minor adjustments to existing documents.
• Communicate with requesters using various methods, including the ticketing system, team calls, and in-person meetings.
• Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of supported software and hardware technologies.

Personnel Specification:

• Essential: 3rd level education in a relevant field

Job Experience:

• Essential: 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • 2 years hands-on experience delivering BI solutions for any BI product
  • Fluent in relational database concepts and flat file processing concepts
  • 1 year experience managing and creating queries within Microsoft SQL databases
  • Full end-to-end project experience, including scoping, design, development, and documentation
• Desirable:
  • Previous experience with QlikView & Qliksense
