As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting and analysing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various teams to present data for different divisions. This role involves a technical aspect, linking in with different divisions and working on collated data. You will be engaged in analysing activity levels, comparing reports, and generating reports on activity amongst teams.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyse, and present data for different divisions within the organization
• Generate reports, providing insights and analysis on the data
• Collaborate with teams to understand their data requirements and provide accurate reporting.
• Conduct analysis requests and create presentations for individual data analysis.
• Utilize Excel's advanced features, such as pivot tables and basic formulas, to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Information related subject with 1 year of experience in a planning/performance environment, OR HND/HNC in a Business or Information related subject with 3 years of experience in a planning/performance environment, OR 5 years of experience in an office environment with at least 2 years involving Excel or equivalent use.
• Strong Excel capabilities, including data presentation and analysis
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with SQL or Power BI (desired)
• Flexible to work in the office full-time initially, with hybrid option offered later
