Azure Consultant

MCS is delighted to be recruiting for an Azure consultant for a leading software company for their Belfast team on a hybrid working basis.

Our client is a global software company that have developed a long standing and highly respected reputation as they continue to offer bespoke solutions for clients which include large public sector bodies across the UK. Due to continuous growth and an exciting new product launch they are seeking to build out their Cloud team.

As an experienced azure consultant or cloud engineer you will be involved in project work for customers including migration work, implementations as well as working across pre-sales solutions, advising on design, cost and scalability. This is a great opportunity for a cloud professional to take a senior role with a secure company who are continuing to deliver high level projects for customers.

About you

• Strong azure background and ability to design solutions including implementations through to production
• Ideally have experience of containerisation technologies including azure kubernetes or similar
• Strong experience of Iac e.g. terraform
• Strong exposure to azure infrastructure environments including active directory, vmware, networking, security and storage,
• Strong understanding of the software lifecycle & agile methodology
• Strong ability to work with internal and external teams and deliver solutions
