MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading retail company based in Belfast to recruit for an Assistant Brand Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by executing local marketing strategies for the independent and company-owned stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans for key stores
- Create and execute tailored local marketing strategies for company-owned stores to maximise commercial opportunities, ensuring national brand campaigns are effectively implemented across the estate.
- Plan and implement tactical marketing initiatives.
- Work with external agencies and build relationships across departments, divisions, and with retailers/stores.
Essential:
- A relevant third-level qualification with at least 1 year of marketing experience, or alternatively, 5 years of marketing experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Experience in presenting to various audiences/ working cross-functionally within a team
- Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives from start to finish.
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
- Marketing experience in FMCG or B2B environments.
