Job Description
Assistant Accountant
An award winning Auction company are seeking an Assistant Accountant as they continue to experience substantial growth.
Assistant Accountant Responsibilities
- Provide extensive support to the Financial Controller and the finance team.
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Bank reconciliations and stock reconciliations.
- Assist with the annual audit.
- Payroll
Assistant Accountant Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in a similar role.
- Experience with account reconciliations to trial balance and statutory accounts.
- Ability to perform reconciliations independently and identify relevant audit-related queries.
- Part-qualified with any of the three leading accounting bodies is a desirable.
- Proficient in Excel
