Job Description
Assistant Accountant
An award winning advertising and marketing agency are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their dynamic team as the organisation continues to experience significant growth.
Assistant Accountant Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales invoicing process.
- Ensure accurate billing of employee time, expenses, and third-party costs against relevant projects.
- Develop and maintain the company's fixed asset register.
- Oversee the accurate on-boarding of new clients and suppliers into the finance system.
- Assist in reconciling prepayments and accruals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
- Support the preparation of end-of-year accounts.
Assistant Accountant Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of the sales invoicing process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Additional qualifications in finance or accounts is desirable.
Assistant Accountant Benefits
- Base Salary: £30,000 -£35,000 (DOE)
