Job Description
Due to continued growth and the awarding of additional contracts MCS Group are looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor join our client's team to cover a wide ranging portfolio of contracts. This is a great role to make into your own and grow
Our client is a leading construction consultancy who provide market leading professional services across Cost Management, Project Management, Building Surveying and Asbestos Surveying. They work with owners, occupiers and developers across both private and public sectors.
Key Tasks
- Conducting asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on various buildings, including, commercial, healthcare, ecclesiastical, industrial, maritime, and residential sites.
- Conduct asbestos air monitoring and 4-stage clearance testing in a wide range of environments.
- Carry out asbestos re-inspection surveys at various healthcare sites and update client asbestos databases to ensure estate and database is managed in compliance with asbestos regulations.
- Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports as required via dedicated and market leading asbestos software platform with onsite tablets.
Qualifications & Experience
- The applicant must have attained the P402 and/or the P403/P404 asbestos qualifications.
- Must have hands on experience with asbestos surveying or asbestos analytical works.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Must be proficient in the use of TEAMS Software.
- Must have good organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
