MCS Group is delighted to be partnering once again with a growing Irish tech company seeking an Application Support Developer to join their dynamic team. If you're a passionate problem solver with strong skills in Microsoft SQL, C#, and .NET, and thrive on resolving high-priority issues while working closely with customers, this role is perfect for you.

The role:

• You will work closely with company customers, through handson technical support tickets, approximately 80% of your time will realistically be spent problem solving and crafting solutions within Microsoft SQL, making base code changes, improving systems and enhancing efficiency.

• Working across C# and .NET applications to resolve customer issues and improve applications.

• Effective communication is key. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, promptly address highpriority issues, and ensure their satisfaction.

• Be prepared to work across arrange of lowel level small tasks, whilst collaborating with the wider team to resolve more complex tasks and problems.

• With 50 unique company iterations of their software, you'll need to be a keen problem solver and ready to dive into and conquer various technical challenges.

Requirements:

• 12 years of relevant experience will help you hit the ground running and become sucessful in this role.

• Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with both the team and company customers customers.

• Someone who relishes tackling complex issues and has a passion for finding innovative solutions.

• Strong professional experience of Microsoft SQL, C#, .NET.

Salary: €30,000 - €40,000.
