This organisation is actively seeking an accomplished Application Support Analyst (SQL) to join their team and contribute to the efficient maintenance of their business infrastructure.

Job Overview:

As the chosen candidate, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting multiple applications and third-party systems critical to the organisation's daily operations.
2. Analysing and resolving technical issues escalated from the helpdesk.
3. Addressing technical issues independently before escalating them to the development team.
4. Offering in-depth root cause analysis.
5. Proactively monitoring systems and responding to alerts when necessary.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

1. A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in an Application Support position.
2. Proficiency in working with relational database management systems.
3. Familiarity with SDLC processes and methodologies.
4. Competence with SQL Server, Linux/Unix, and SharePoint.
