Senior Infrastructure Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to partner exclusively with a global MSP who is seeking an experienced 3rd line engineer to join their ranks. If successful you will gain exposure to a fantastic array of clients all in an environment where you will be working with cutting edge technologies. Interested? You need to be an experienced 3rd line engineer with a wide remit of hands on technical experience.

The role will require you to:

Have A proven ability to resolve 3^rd level issues for clients, ideally within an MSP environment

A sound working knowledge of the below technologies, including but not limited to

• Switches
• Firewalls
• Routers
• Wireless access points
• Windows servers and virtualisation - VMWare & Hyper V environments
• Installation and support of 'vanilla' server builds
• Cloud based technologies - Azure, AWS, or GCP

Experience with, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group policy

Demonstrable evidence of supporting WinOS and O365
