The Role:

As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will join a busy accounts team and play a prominent role in managing the Purchase Ledger team ensuring an efficient Accounts Payable process.

Duties include:

• Managing the Purchase Ledger Team.
• Ensure the team follows 3-way invoice matching.
• Preparing bank payments and uploading to the bank.
• Authorisation of funds for payments to manage Cash Flow.
• Month End Close.
• Weekly Reporting.
• Dealing with supplier queries for swift resolution.
• Other Adhoc Finance duties as required.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years experience in a specialist AP role.
• Experience in Managing a team.
• Experience from a fast paced business would be beneficial.
• Experience in Sage.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good communication skills, ambitious and hard working.
